Dan Borgelt, St. Augustine Church's Pastor since July 7, 2002.
 Father
Dan was born and raised in Kalida, Ohio. He attended school in Kalida
and graduated from Kalida High School in 1984. After High School, he entered
the Seminary. This consisted of 4 years of college at the Pontifical College
Josephinium in Columbus, Ohio. He graduated in 1988. He then attended
Theology School at Mount St. Mary's Seminary Athenaeum in Cincinnati,
Ohio. He was ordained as a Priest on June 12, 1993 at Queen of the Most
Holy Rosary Cathedral in Toledo.
St. Augustine is Father Dan's third assignment as a Priest and his first as a Pastor.
He served as the Associate Pastor of St. Joseph Parish in Fremont, Ohio
from 1993-1997. He moved to an assignment as Associate Pastor of St. John
the Evangelist Church in Delphos, Ohio in July 1997.

Born
and raised in Ottawa, Ohio, Doug is a 1990 graduate of BGSU with a
bachelor degree in marketing. Since becoming a member of St.
Augustine parish in 1995, he has served on a variety of committees,
including TurtleFest, Stewardship, Pastoral Council, and was in his second
tern on Finance Council when he accepted the position of business manager
on January 1, 2007.
